THE WELLNESS CLUB COLLECTIVE – CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Wellness Club Collective Ltd (“WCC”), located at The Barn, 23B High Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1AW.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Entrants must have attended at least one WCC class during November 2026.

  • Employees of WCC and anyone directly involved in organising the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

  • The prize must be collected in person from The Wellness Club Collective studio in Alton.

3. How to enter

To enter via Instagram, participants must:

  • Like the official giveaway post.

  • Follow @thewellnessclubcollective.

  • Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tag @thewellnessclubcollective.

Participants must complete all three steps for their standard entry to count.

4. Bonus entries

Participants can earn additional entries through the following activities:

  • 5 bonus entries: Purchase a ticket to the WCC Christmas Dinner Party.

  • 4 bonus entries: Join a new WCC membership during November 2026.

  • 3 bonus entries: Hold an active WCC membership during the giveaway period.

  • 2 bonus entries: Purchase a WCC class pack during November 2026.

  • 1 bonus entry: Share a photo of themselves at the WCC studio on their Instagram story or feed and tag @thewellnessclubcollective.

If an entrant has a private Instagram account, they must send WCC a screenshot of their tagged story or post by direct message to verify their entry.

Bonus entries may be combined where an entrant meets more than one qualifying activity. A new member will receive the four bonus entries for joining a membership and will not also receive the existing-member allocation for the same membership.

All bonus entries must be verifiable by WCC.

5. Opening and closing dates

The giveaway closes at 11:59pm GMT on Saturday 28 November 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

The winner will be announced on Sunday 29 November 2026.

6. The prize

One winner will receive a SPACE NK Advent Calendar with an advertised value of over £1,200.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered.

7. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries, including verified bonus entries.

The winner will be contacted by direct message from @thewellnessclubcollective and announced on WCC's Instagram account.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If no response is received within this period, WCC reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

WCC will never ask the winner to make a payment or provide bank details to claim the prize.

8. Prize collection

The winner must arrange collection of the prize from The Wellness Club Collective, The Barn, 23B High Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1AW.

The prize will not be posted or delivered.

9. General conditions

WCC reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these terms or appear fraudulent.

WCC reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated appropriately.

By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

10. Instagram disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or SPACE NK.

By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in relation to this giveaway.
