Our Team

Lauren Ford ~ Founder

Founded in 2025 from my passion for wellness, movement and Reformer Pilates, The Wellness Club Collective was created to be more than just a place to work out.

As a former musical theatre performer, movement has always been a huge part of my life. Alongside this, travelling the world has given me the opportunity to experience so many different wellness and Pilates studios, each with their own unique atmosphere, approach and community. I wanted to take the things I loved most from those experiences and bring them together to create something of my own.

I wanted to create a beautiful, welcoming space where people could prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing, feel part of a community, and genuinely enjoy moving their bodies. A space where you can come to work out, switch off, connect with others and leave feeling stronger and more confident.

With a love for Reformer and mat Pilates, my vision was to create an environment where everyone, whatever their fitness level or experience, could experience the benefits of movement, build strength and flexibility, and find a little more balance in their everyday lives.

At the heart of The Wellness Club Collective is my belief that wellness should feel enjoyable, empowering and inclusive. My aim is to create a studio that combines everything I love about movement, wellness, travel and community, while giving people a space they genuinely look forward to coming back to.

I can’t wait to welcome you to The Wellness Club Collective!

Emma ~ Reformer Trainer

Meet Emma!

A sports teacher and fitness instructor for over 10 years, and a Pilates devotee for over five, she’s thrilled to bring her expertise to the studio as a Mat and Reformer instructor.

With a background in CrossFit and Horse Riding, Emma understands the need to develop full body strength and mobility. Her classes offer the perfect space to switch off from the outside world and move with purpose.

Expect good fun and a big smile (with the occasional country song mixed in to class!)

Hey, I’m Claudie!

I discovered Pilates during lockdown at a time when I was searching for a gentle, more mindful way to move. It became a space for me to reconnect with my body, slow my mind, and shift my focus toward what my body can do rather than how it looks. That experience grew into a genuine passion, and from there I completed a full comprehensive mat & equipment course before continuing with contemporary mat and dynamic reformer training.

I aim to help others discover and reconnect with their bodies through Pilates. I am all about moving with intention, building strength through deep connection, and finding balance in both mind and body, enjoying the challenge (and sometimes the shakes that come with it)!

And the best part… you will leave my classes, feeling centred, strong, and more connected to yourself. I can’t wait to move with you at The Wellness Club Collective.

Hey, I’m Emma!

I’m a L3 qualified Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion for health, fitness, and movement. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, from strength training in the gym to discovering Pilates, which I completely fell in love with over a year ago and has been my passion ever since!

My classes are designed to be supportive, uplifting, and challenging in all the right ways, helping clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness while still being enjoyable in a welcoming environment.

Naomi ~ Reformer Trainer

Hey, my name is Naomi and I am a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor.

I originally trained at a full time ballet school and used to help teach the baby ballet classes. I now work as cabin crew and I love to travel and exercise- I enjoy having an active lifestyle and participating in different Pilates classes around the world.

I love how challenging reformer Pilates is whilst focusing on connecting the mind and body.

I’m so excited to start teaching at The Wellness Club Collective. I aim to teach rewarding, dynamic, and fun classes that you leave feeling confident and inspired.

I hope to share my passion for Pilates with you, and that you enjoy it as much as I do!

Tasha ~ Reformer Trainer

Hey, I’m Tasha!

I fell in love with Pilates during lockdown and have never looked back!

I left my career in IT sales to follow my passion and now love helping others build strength, flexibility and longevity through movement. Pilates supports me alongside running and strength training, but core work is always a big focus in my classes for pelvic floor support, alignment and day to day stability.

Looking forward to seeing you in class soon!

Hannah ~ Reformer Trainer

Hello, I’m Hannah!

I became a massive fan of Reformer Pilates 5 years ago where during my days off I would attend multiple Reformer studios. It soon became the highlight of my week!

I previously worked in hospitality full time and although I enjoyed the social aspect, the long hours was hard on my body. I found Pilates was restorative for my joints and an uplift - it turned into something I’d look always look forward to doing!

These benefits led me to get qualified in both my Mat and Reformer. I already had a teaching background in roller-skate instructing, but I knew Reformer was a career I wanted to do for the foreseeable! I hope to pass on the benefits it has given me onto others.

I have a teaching style that blends harmonic movement with strength. I create a mindful flow, ensuring a balanced and well-guided session to work you to your best potential.

I look forward to seeing you in class!
