Lauren Ford & Jodie Dingwall ~ Founders
Founded in 2025 from a passion for wellness and reformer pilates The Wellness Club Collective was born!
We set up our Studio to create a space where individuals could prioritise their health, both physically and mentally, as well as create a community of likeminded individuals. We wanted a space where people can workout, chill out and connect.
With a passion for movement and wellness, we wanted to offer a welcoming environment where people of all fitness levels could experience the benefits of Reformer and mat pilates, improve their strength and flexibility, and find balance in their lives. Our mission is to empower our clients to feel stronger, more confident, and healthier, all while fostering a sense of community and well-being.

Hey, I’m Fran! I’m a former dancer turned full-time Pilates instructor! I first discovered Pilates during my training at dance university, and it quickly became an essential part of my routine!
It has now grown into a full-blown passion - especially for Reformer Pilates, which I absolutely love for its dynamic, full-body benefits.
I aim to bring a bubbly energy to every class and love helping others feel strong and confident in their bodies. My goal is to create a session where you can challenge yourself, and leave feeling better than when you walked in x

Eszter Miskolczy ~ Reformer Trainer
Hi there, I’m Eszter.
My background in acting gave me a deep appreciation for movement and mindfulness, which ultimately led me to Pilates. This practice quickly became my way of connecting with my body on a deeper level. After experiencing multiple injuries, I discovered that Pilates was also the perfect way to strengthen, challenge, and heal through a gentle yet highly effective approach.
In my classes, I focus on alignment, strength, and balance, creating a supportive and inclusive space where every body is celebrated. To me, Pilates is more than just movement—it’s about finding balance, building awareness, and deepening the connection between mind and body.
My goal is for every client to leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and grateful for what their bodies can do.

Hey, I’m Claudie!
I discovered Pilates during lockdown at a time when I was searching for a gentle, more mindful way to move. It became a space for me to reconnect with my body, slow my mind, and shift my focus toward what my body can do rather than how it looks. That experience grew into a genuine passion, and from there I completed a full comprehensive mat & equipment course before continuing with contemporary mat and dynamic reformer training.
I aim to help others discover and reconnect with their bodies through Pilates. I am all about moving with intention, building strength through deep connection, and finding balance in both mind and body, enjoying the challenge (and sometimes the shakes that come with it)!
And the best part… you will leave my classes, feeling centred, strong, and more connected to yourself. I can’t wait to move with you at The Wellness Club Collective 🤍
Claudia Headon ~ Reformer Trainer
Tegan ~ Reformer Trainer
Tegan discovered Pilates while she was studying Dance at Pretoria Technikon in 2000. She fell in love and decided to do a quick course through the Technikon before doing a full, comprehensive equipment course through Trifocus Pilates in 2007.
She worked at various studios in and around Johannesburg before opening a home studio when her 2 children arrived.
In 2017, her family moved to the UK and she started teaching Mat pilates locally. Tegan is so excited to share her passion for Pilates and teach reformer again as it is a brilliant way to strengthen and challenge your body. When not teaching, Tegan enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and dog - especially muddy walks in the beautiful British countryside.
Naomi ~ Reformer Trainer
Hey, my name is Naomi and I am a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor.
I originally trained at a full time ballet school and used to help teach the baby ballet classes. I now work as cabin crew and I love to travel and exercise- I enjoy having an active lifestyle and participating in different Pilates classes around the world.
I love how challenging reformer Pilates is whilst focusing on connecting the mind and body.
I’m so excited to start teaching at The Wellness Club Collective. I aim to teach rewarding, dynamic, and fun classes that you leave feeling confident and inspired.
I hope to share my passion for Pilates with you, and that you enjoy it as much as I do!

Taya ~ Reformer Trainer
Hey! I’m Taya 🤍
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2021, with a strong background in strength training. Over time, I began to explore a more balanced approach to movement, introducing Pilates and running into my routine. This hybrid style completely transformed the way I move, train, and feel. I’ve truly never felt stronger, fitter, or more connected to my body.
Pilates has been a game-changer for me. It’s improved my strength, stability, and performance both in the gym and on the track. My love and passion for the practice inspired me to become a certified instructor in 2025, now qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates.
In my classes, you can expect a blend of traditional Pilates principles with a little extra spice; dynamic movements, creative flows, and thoughtful challenges designed to help you discover your full potential.
I believe Pilates is for everyone, and I bring that inclusive, empowering energy into every session.
